Social Studies/Science
In Social Studies students have been studying the colonial times. Everyone has worked very hard on their colonial tradesmen projects. Don't miss the great display at Open House on April 11!!
In Science we have just finished a unit on weather and climate. Brian Lapis, the meteorologist from channel 22, came to our school on April 7 to share his knowledge and experience with the fifth graders. The students had fun meeting a celebrity!!
We are about to start a unit on Space! Our discussions will focus on the planets, moon phases, the sun, and much more!!!
